Track-It! 2022 R1 is now available

I am excited to announce that Track-It! 2021 R2 is now available.

This release continues the innovation of the Track-It! help desk software platform and provides another release of new content for the Track-It! customer base. This release is completely free to customers on active support. For more information on all available features and modules, visit the help desk features page.

Some highlights of this release are:

Software License Management

You can now track software license purchases and tie those to physical systems that have that software installed in order to keep a tab on your license utilization data.  Business rules and Reports further enhance this feature by notifying you when licenses have reached critical utilization or have become over utilized.

Rich Text support added to Business Rule notifications settings

You can now use rich text formatting when configuring email messages generated from Business Rules.

Client Management 21.02.02 support

Track-It! 2022 R1 has been updated to support Client Management 21.02.02. This version of Client Management is also bundled with the new Track-It! installer.


Integrated Endpoint Management

Track-It! includes integrated endpoint management as part of the new Track-It! platform by utilizing and integrating with Client Management. This solution uses a single agent to simplify deployment and provides the capabilities below. Contact your Track-It! account manager or partner for more details.
